• driver's airbag (as standard);
• full-size, 100 litre passenger airbag (deactivatable), which protects both passengers if the cab is configured with a two-seater bench;
• side bags, that ensure protection for the chest.

Locks with a deadlock, a device that locks the door handles and the internal lock mechanisms, render any attempt at forcing and theft ineffective.
Thefts will also be foiled by an alarm system with a double level of protection: exterior – by means of sensors on the doors, bonnet and tailgate – and internal, by means of ultrasound sensors that detect movements in the passenger compartment.

It keeps the cab separate from the load compartment, protecting the passenger compartment against any risk of intrusion by transported goods. It is available in panelled or glazed version and may optionally be replaced by a metal driver protection grille (ladder).
