Privacy Policy


Stellantis Europe S.p.A. applies, both in law and in spirit, the personal data protection requirements laid down in Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June, Personal data protection code. This protection covers all those who come into contact with Stellantis Europe S.p.A, whether they be employees, suppliers, customers, potential customers, or simply visitors to its website.

RELEASE OF PERSONAL DATA
Should a user of the website wish to share data deemed personal or identifying under the terms of Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003, they can only do so by respecting the rules and the procedures indicated by the site, both of which also conform to the aforementioned Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003. 
The decision to release personal data is taken freely by everyone who visits the website. No recording of personal data takes place on the Fiat Professional website, unless the user clearly and specifically states that their personal data can be recorded. In order to avoid mistakes or misunderstandings, no registration of personal data can occur until the user has given a further and final confirmation.

INFORMATION REGARDING HANDLING OF NON-SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Personal data protection act”) safeguards persons and other entities where the handling of personal data is concerned.
According to this law, data handling must be based on principles of correctness, legality, transparency, and the safeguarding of privacy and rights. Therefore, in accordance with Article 13 of the Legislative Decree No 196/2003 please note the following: 

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PURPOSE AND METHOD
The personal data freely provided by you will be processed: a) in order to provide the aforementioned service (“Service”) that you have freely chosen and to allow Stellantis Europe S.p.A, to conduct a survey into the Service received; b) in order to provide, subject to your express consent, sales and/or promotional information, and to send advertising material about products, services and other activities of Stellantis Europe S.p.A, of its Sales Network and of Fiat Group companies. The processing of your data for each of the above purposes will occur by means of paper documents, automated and telematic communications and, in particular, by means of ordinary mail or e-mail, telephone (also including automatic calls, text messages, mms, etc.) and fax.

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE YOUR DATA
The decision to provide your personal data is always optional; however, in the absence of the details marked as “required” by an asterisk, the requested Service will not be delivered. Failure to provide the other details, i.e. not marked as “required” by an asterisk, will not prevent the delivery of the Service.

ENTITIES WHO MAY GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
Your personal data collected on this form may be handled by processing operatives, including external operatives, in charge of data processing and of managing the requested Service and the required marketing activities, and data processing managers, or by the companies to whom the data has been passed on, as agreed below.

ENTITIES TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS MAY BE PASSED ON
Your personal details may be passed on to third parties in order to fulfil legal obligations, or to respect orders issued by public authorities, or to exercise a right in court. Moreover, subject to your consent, your data may also be passed on to the Stellantis Europe S.p.A. Sales Network and to other Fiat Group companies, who will process them for purposes relevant to the promotion of their respective products and services.

PROCESSING CONTROLLER AND MANAGER
The data processing controller is Stellantis Europe S.p.A. represented by the acting manager of the Information & Communication Technology department of Stellantis Europe S.p.A, with registered office at 200 Corso Agnelli, Turin. The person in charge of data processing for the Service is the acting manager of the Fiat Brand Management & Commercial Department

YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right to access your data, to obtain the immediate update or deletion of your data for any processing that infringes the law, to oppose the processing of your data for commercial or advertising purposes, and to request a complete and updated list of all the data processing managers, by writing to Stellantis Europe S.p.A- Customer Services - Privacy Office, C.so Agnelli 200 -
