ARE ALL DEALERS OPEN ?
All our dealers’ aftersales departments remain open as normal, unfortunately physical showrooms are currently closed during the current restrictions.
Dealer staff are also responding to your queries by answering phone calls and responding to emails and can assist you with all new Fiat Professional Vehicles and used vehicles enquiries including our current offers visible here.
Most dealers are also offering a “Click and Deliver” service and should be able to organise the delivery of your vehicle to you.

CAN I STILL BOOK A TEST DRIVE FROM HOME?
Social distancing guidelines mean that, for now at least, physical test drives had to be suspended. Our dealers may be able to assist with video calls and virtual tours etc,
CAN I GET MY VEHICLE DELIVERED TO ME?

SHOULD I EXPECT A DELAY IN GETTING MY VEHICLE?
Possibly, we’re sorry about that, but we’re working hard to keep things as smooth as possible. Please contact your dealer for the latest update
CAN I TAKE MY VEHICLE IN FOR A SERVICE?
Yes - Our dealers are still open for servicing & repairs. We’re currently prioritising key workers and essential vehicles, so please bear this in mind when contacting your local retailer to discuss any work you may need.
WOULD I LOSE MY WARRANTY IF I DON’T SERVICE MY VEHICLE ON TIME?
If you’re worried about invalidating your warranty due to disruption from COVID-19, you can contact our Customer Services team on 1 800 3428 00 or 0080034280000* who will take this into account and provide you with a case number that can be used to ensure your vehicle is serviced as soon as possible once possible. You should ensure that you have your vehicle serviced as soon as it is possible once restrictions have been lifted or as soon as it is safe and appropriate for you to do so.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE AND MY WARRANTY IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

MY VEHICLE IS ON FINANCE, WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY INCOME?
If COVID-19 has affected your income and you might not be able to make your payments on time, We suggest you contact your dealer or vehicle finance provider directly and they should be able to assist you
